Pair food with wine like a sommelier

You get access to the knowledge of a sommelier pairing wine from the whole world of wine with food. Start with wine and pair with suitable food. Besides type of wine, i.e. red,white, dry, sweet etc, one has to know from where it is, which grape variety it is made from and sometimes its style. Find suitable food dish and cooking methods. Champagne and sparkling wine predominately made with the traditional method

Wine with low or medium high level of tannins at the most
